The property is currently owned by the Schneider family. RFC Financial Planners is proposing to buy the property for use as their office space. You may recall the Design Review Board reviewed a proposal in 2016 from RFC Financial Planners for use of 5400 Plymouth Road (the former Roger Monks / Lord Fox / Farm Cupboard). That meeting will be rescheduled\, and I will notify the Committee of the revised date in a separate email. \nMeanwhile\, the County meeting sounds like a good opportunity to learn more about the County’s plans for the Staebler Farm for those who are interested.
